BREAKING: Court declares IPOB terrorist group, proscribes it throughout Nigeria (See Documents)

FG lists five activities IPOB engaged in that made it a terrorist group
 - The Federal High Court In Abuja proscribed IPOB all over Nigeria

- This order was filed by the attorney-general of the federation The Federal High Court in Abuja has granted an order declaring the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) as a terrorist organisation.
 According to Sahara Reporters, this order was which was filed by the attorney-general of the federation, Abubakar Malami on Wednesday, September 20. 

The court proscribed the existence of the group all over the country especially in the south east declaring its activities as “acts of terrorism and illegality.” See the document below proscribing IPOB and declaring it as a terrorist group
Meanwhile, the Federal government promised to cut IPOB down to size and that it is nearing its end with its proscription by the South-East governors.
